Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions financial institutions ask most often about managed ATM programs. For any additional questions, our team is glad to help.

Getting Started

What does a managed ATM program include?

A managed program can cover the full ATM lifecycle: site selection, equipment, installation, cash forecasting and armored coordination, maintenance, monitoring, software and compliance updates, and reporting. Each institution chooses the scope, and every responsibility is documented in the agreement.

Can you evaluate a single location?

Yes. Many institutions start with one branch or off-premise site. We review the location, expected usage and costs, and recommend the right equipment and service approach before any larger commitment is made.

What about our existing ATMs?

Existing ATM equipment is reviewed during the initial consultation, including its age and compliance status, and we recommend the best path forward, including upgrade or replacement timing.

How do we get started?

Call 877-637-7770 or request a consultation. We will schedule a short discovery conversation and outline the information that will help us prepare a recommendation.

Cost & Agreements

How is pricing structured?

Programs are typically priced as a predictable monthly fee per terminal, based on the scope of services, equipment arrangement and location. Our proposals list what is included and what, if anything, is billed separately.

Do we need to purchase new equipment?

No. Equipment can be placed as part of the program, minimizing upfront capital investment. We recommend the configuration best suited to each location and the institution’s goals.

How do we compare a managed program with our current costs?

A complete cost review and analysis is provided during the initial consultation. It accounts for staff time, armored service, maintenance, compliance, processing, equipment and idle cash, and compares current costs with a partner-managed program. See the side-by-side comparison for an overview.

Operations

How is cash loading handled?

We coordinate with armored carriers and use usage-based forecasting to set replenishment schedules and cash levels for each terminal, helping reduce both idle cash and cash-outs.

What happens when an ATM goes down?

Terminals are monitored in real time. When an issue is detected, we attempt remote resolution where possible and dispatch a technician when on-site service is required.

How do you support PCI, EMV and ADA compliance?

Compliance requirements are planned into the program lifecycle, including security software and patching, EMV readiness and ADA-compliant equipment. See Security & Compliance for details.

Where do you provide service?

We support institutions and venues across the United States. Coverage and service levels for each location are confirmed during scoping.

Do you work with organizations other than banks and credit unions?

Yes. We also serve airports, government facilities, entertainment venues, farmers markets and convenience store franchises, and we help financial institutions secure branded placements in these locations.
